These terms apply to your use of geniuskarma.com and to purchases made on it. The store is operated by Genius One, Inc., 25 Alpha Drive, Cleveland, Ohio 44143, USA ("Genius Karma", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors and may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment can't be verified. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Authorize.net. We do not store your full card number.

Shipping

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs and options are shown before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Karma rewards

Karma is our Rewarding Currency. You can earn Karma on eligible purchases and redeem it for items in the Karma Store. Karma earned on a purchase becomes available after a 30-day holding period. Karma has no cash value on its own, can't be used as a discount on a dollar purchase, and is cancelled if the order that earned it is cancelled or refunded. One account holds your Karma across our stores. We may update how Karma is earned and redeemed; changes don't affect Karma already in your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.

Liability

Our products are provided as described. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
