We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you can return it.

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee. Sale and promotional items are final sale and can't be returned.

How to return

Contact us first through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number can't be accepted.
Ship the item back with the RMA number. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you; please keep your tracking number.
Once your return arrives, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. For covered defects we pay the return shipping within the US.

Karma

Karma earned on a returned or refunded order is cancelled.
